Add SPL History Graph
The idea is:
- have SPL history recording button
- when recording, log all SPL metrics (Fast, slow, A, C, Z weighted) to a file
- draw a history graph using current SPL meter setting
- open it wide on tap where all the SPL metrics is displayed
