Spectrogram: should flow bottom to top
As far as common software goes, Spectrograph usually moves up (from bottom to top), not the way it is currently moving in Spectrum Eye V. 2.0 (65)
Maybe reverse the Spectrogram scroll or add an option to reverse it at will
